Elizabeth is the 2014-2015 Fulbright English Teaching Assistant in Trondheim, Norway. She studied History & Literature at Harvard University with a focus on Britain from the Victorian age onwards. She also received a minor in Computer Science. Elizabeth is particularly interested in British spy novels and wrote her undergraduate thesis on John Buchan, Ian Fleming, and John le Carré. In her spare time, Elizabeth enjoys reading, photography, and the outdoors. She currently struggles with not burning down the kitchen, and looks forward to when she will be able to continue one of her other passions–eating.

During her time at Harvard, Elizabeth was a proud member of Delta Gamma and the Half Asian People’s Association. Elizabeth also participated in Harvard Model Congress and taught high school students around the world about American government. During the school year, she was also a teaching assistant for a privacy and technology course at Harvard.

Overall, Elizabeth looks forward to her participation in the Fulbright program and cannot wait to see what the year in Norway will bring.
